FAQ

Common questions, answered.

How do I receive my MT5 credentials?+

Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, your MT5 login + password + server are delivered to your registered email. Most orders complete in under an hour.

Which broker do you use?+

We use Exness for all challenge and funded accounts. Exness is a top-3 global forex broker with low spreads and reliable execution.

What's the difference between 2-Step and Instant Funding?+

2-Step is a paid evaluation: pass Phase 1 (8% profit) and Phase 2 (5% profit) without breaching, and you're funded with a higher split (up to 85%). Instant Funding skips the evaluation — you start with funded capital immediately at a slightly lower split.

Do you use trailing drawdown?+

No. We use static-equity drawdown, calculated from your starting balance. The same baseline applies for the life of the account (or, on 2-Step, until the phase transition resets it).

When is the daily drawdown reset?+

Every day at 00:00 UTC. Your start-of-day balance is captured at that moment and the 5% daily DD threshold is measured against it for the next 24 hours.

What happens when I breach a rule?+

The account is marked breached and your master MT5 password is revoked. You'll receive an email + see a red banner on your dashboard with the specific rule that fired and the exact evidence (lot sizes, timestamps, threshold percentages). All breaches are final.

Can I run an Expert Advisor (EA)?+

Yes. Commercial signals and self-built EAs are both allowed. The only restriction is on the strategies they implement — see the Rules page for the list of prohibited patterns.

How are payouts processed?+

Bi-weekly via USDT TRC-20. Set your TRON wallet on the dashboard, request a payout, and it's processed within 1–3 business days after admin approval.

Is there a refund policy?+

Challenge fees are non-refundable once the account is delivered. If the account is never delivered (you decline before activation), full refund.

Do you offer scaling?+

Yes — funded accounts that hit 10% profit on a payout cycle can scale up to the next account-size tier on request. Scaling preserves your profit-split tier.
