Refund Policy

Because a Challenge gives you immediate access to a digital simulated trading account and to credentials that cannot be revoked, our refund rules are narrow. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Pre-delivery refund (within 24 hours)

If you have not received MT5 credentials and 24 hours have not elapsed since your purchase, you may email support@tradovafunding.com requesting a full refund. We will refund the original payment method (or, for crypto purchases, the wallet you sent from), minus any non-refundable processing fee imposed by our payment processor.

2. After credentials are delivered

Once we have emailed you MT5 login + investor password, the Challenge is considered delivered and is non-refundable. This is true regardless of whether you log in, place trades, or pass the evaluation.

3. Failed challenges

Reaching the daily-loss or total-loss limit, or breaching a prohibited strategy rule, terminates the Challenge with no refund. This is the nature of the product.

4. Free retry at our discretion

Where a Challenge fails because of a verifiable issue on our side (e.g. our central VPS dropped your terminal for > 30 minutes during active trading), email support and we may, at our discretion, grant a free retry on an equivalent Challenge. We do not issue refunds in lieu of a retry.

5. Duplicate / accidental purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same Challenge twice within 24 hours and have not yet been delivered the credentials for the second one, email support and we will cancel and refund the duplicate.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer for a Challenge that has been delivered is a breach of our Terms. We will contest such chargebacks with our payment processor, may permanently ban the customer, and may pursue the unpaid balance.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@tradovafunding.comfrom the address on your account with subject line "Refund request — [order number]". Include the original purchase email and your reason. We respond within 2 business days.

8. EU consumer rights

Where you are a consumer in the EU, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By purchasing and accepting immediate access to the simulated trading account, you expressly waive that right with respect to digital content already supplied — as permitted by Article 16(m) of the Directive. This waiver is part of our Terms of Service.
