Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tradova Funding ("Tradova Funding", "we", "us"), including our website at tradovafunding.com, our trader dashboard, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing a challenge or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Services

Tradova Funding offers simulated trading evaluations("Challenges"). All trading conducted on accounts provided by Tradova Funding occurs on demo / simulated trading environments. No real funds are traded by you on our accounts at any time.Profit-share payouts to qualifying traders are issued by Tradova Funding from its own funds, not from any client trading account.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction in which our Services are prohibited or where we do not currently operate.
  • You must not be on any sanctions list maintained by the US Treasury (OFAC), EU, UK, or UN.
  • You are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful where you live and for paying any taxes that apply to your earnings.

3. Challenge structure and rules

Each Challenge has a published profit target, maximum daily loss, and maximum total loss. The full rules are listed at /rules and are part of these Terms. Drawdown limits are computed on a static-equity basis: the daily and total loss limits are measured against the start-of-day balance and the challenge starting balance respectively, not a trailing equity high.

4. Prohibited strategies

The following are not permitted on any Tradova Funding account:

  • Grid trading and martingale lot-sizing
  • Trading during high-impact news windows (±2 minutes)
  • High-frequency trading (more than 40 opens per minute)
  • Hedging across multiple accounts under the same beneficial owner
  • Latency arbitrage, tick-scalping, copy-trading from a third-party signal service, or use of any exploit
  • Any trading prohibited by your local broker or by applicable law

We monitor activity continuously via an Expert Advisor ("EA") attached to your trading terminal under an investor (read-only) password. Detected violations result in an automatic breach status; the account is closed and any pending payout is forfeit.

5. Payouts

Funded traders may request a payout once per calendar period as set forth on the dashboard. Payouts are made in USDT (TRC-20) unless we agree otherwise in writing. Minimum payout is published on the dashboard. Tradova Funding reviews each request and reserves up to 7 business days to disburse funds. We may refuse a payout where rules were violated, identity verification is incomplete, or fraud is suspected.

6. Fees

Challenge prices are listed on /pricing. Prices are inclusive of any payment-processor fees on our side. Payments are processed by Whop and the underlying card / crypto rails; their terms also apply.

7. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, violates our rules, attempts to defraud us, or files a chargeback in bad faith. On termination, any pending profit share is voided.

8. Intellectual property

The Tradova Funding name, logo, EA software, dashboard, and all related content are owned by Tradova Funding. You receive a non-transferable license to use them solely in connection with your Challenge.

9. Disclaimers

Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not registered with any financial regulator and we do not provide investment advice. See our Risk Disclosure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradova Funding is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant Challenge in the preceding 12 months.

11. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction. You may also raise a complaint via support; we aim to respond within 5 business days.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
