Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial investment.

1. Simulated trading is simulated

Tradova Funding Challenges are conducted on demo / simulated trading environments. Performance achieved on a simulated account is not a reliable indicator of performance you would achieve trading the same strategy with real capital. Live trading exposes you to factors that demo does not faithfully reproduce — slippage, requotes, broker liquidity, tighter margin enforcement, and the psychological pressure of real risk.

2. Profit-share is not a salary

Reaching the "Funded" stage does not guarantee a payout. You must continue to comply with the rules. Most participants do not reach a payout, and most who do reach one do not earn meaningful or repeatable income from this activity.

3. Leverage

MT5 demo accounts may offer leverage well in excess of what is responsible to use with real capital. The use of high leverage can result in rapid drawdowns and a breached account in minutes. You are responsible for sizing positions appropriately.

4. We do not provide investment advice

Tradova Funding is not a registered broker, investment adviser, or financial planner. Nothing on this site, on the dashboard, on social channels, or in our communications constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions about whether and how to trade are entirely yours.

5. No guaranteed availability

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, hosting failures, MT5 broker outages, or third-party provider issues. We will not refund a failed challenge attributed to such outages outside our reasonable control; we may, at our discretion, grant a free retry where the issue is clearly on our side.

6. Tax and reporting

Any payout is your taxable income. You alone are responsible for reporting and paying any tax owed where you live. We may request identifying information for compliance and may share it with tax authorities where legally required.

7. Past performance

Any results, testimonials, win rates, or trader stories shown on marketing surfaces (homepage, social, ads) are not typical, are not promises, and are not a basis on which to expect similar results yourself.
